How many trash bags do I need?

The “Keep America Beautiful rule of thumb” is one 30-gallon bag per adult (so two if they are 13 gallons) per hour. For example, a three-hour event (avg/mean) with 50 volunteers would be 50 x 3 = 150.  Since we strive to provide supplies to communities in every one of our 77 counties we must limit supplies!
