Affiliate Forum
The Keep Oklahoma Beautiful Affiliate Forum brings affiliates from across the state to share best practices in the world of recycling, litter remediation, municipal beautification, and other topics critical for environmental success. As part of the benefits of being an Affiliate, this free event provides required training, as well as opportunities to network with other affiliates and have fun! This year we have been offered a private tour of the Gathering Place in Tulsa followed by a social event with food, drinks, and activities on Wednesday evening. The social, along with the rest of the forum, will be held at the Glenpool Confrence Center. We look forward to seeing you!

In 2014, Gathering Place broke ground on Tulsa’s world-class park. It was designed to welcome all visitors to a vibrant and inclusive community space that engages, educates, and excites. We are proud to be able to offer this unique private tour to our Affiliates!
Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure a timely start. Since you'll be traveling by car, we recommend allowing extra time for parking, since the lot may be crowded. Parking will be available along John Williams Way. The tour will last approximately an hour and will involve walking with frequent stops. To ensure your comfort and safety, please wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes. Don’t forget to bring your reusable water bottle!
Location: 2650 S. John Williams Way, Tulsa, OK 74114
Starting Point: Williams Lodge (Please check in at the Guest Services desk inside Williams Lodge)
